And what is this, the thing that I have sought,
But life with congr'ence of logical thought? If this the latent mind could comprehend, I think my thought would not a wrath portend. But now the end seems imminent, at hand-- Just like the Kingdom of the Son of Man-- And so my thought, just like the latent mind, Unto His sovereign will must be resigned To do the destined deeds He planned before, That we of Him might nobler thought implore.
