Michael horton on when martin luther "got Saved"

Horton says:

Any modestly sympathetic reader would come away from Luther's sermons and treatises with a profound sense that he was gripped by the objective realism of God's rending of the heavens to descend in our humanity and thereby to redeem it through a loving obedience that culminates at Golgotha. If one were to ask Luther when he was "saved," he would have replied, "About noon, AD 33, outside the city-center or Jerusalem."
